We’re Passionate About Helping Businesses Grow and Succeed

Everything we do is designed to address the pain points of our partners so we can make their lives easier and more successful.

Jeffrey B. Katz

In 2001, Jeff co-founded Mercury Payment Systems (MPS) and aligned with Point of Sale (POS) Developers and Resellers to deliver payment processing merchants. In doing so, they changed the way the POS Industry generated revenue. Silver Lake Partners, the leading private investor in technology and technology-enabled industries, recognized the continued growth potential of these innovations and made a strategic investment, acquiring a 61% interest in 2010.

In 2013 he was individually recognized by the RSPA, (the POS industry's trade association), by being inducted into their Hall of Fame. That was a very proud achievement.

In 2014, Mercury Payment Systems was sold to Vantiv, Inc. for $1.65 Billion.

Lisa Blandford

Chief Operating Officer

I like to keep all things running like a well-oiled machine. I’m passionate about the merchant services industry and find it exhilarating to be a part of a fast-paced community where members share and learn from each other. I left my job in the title and home mortgage market in 2003 to become a “Jill of all trades” with a vibrant new payment processing startup. As the startup grew from five to more than 700 employees, my responsibilities and successes grew. I’m an expert at getting things done.

Bob Ganley

Chief Financial Officer

My guiding principle is that you can’t manage what you can’t measure. I’ve spent my 30+ year career using technology to improve quality, eliminate defects and streamline business practices in a variety of tech markets. I’m excited to be a part of Monetary’s commitment to providing merchants with the 360-degree view of their business, which allows them to focus their time and talent on doing what they love best. I see my role at Monetary as being a leading advocate for optimizing performance through enabling people and empowering process.
When I’m not working, I’m savoring the outdoors. Depending on the season, I mountain bike or snowshoe Colorado’s trails, to enjoy the forest’s tranquility. My most exhilarating adventure was a 10-day live-aboard scuba diving trip to the Galapagos where I did four dives a day enjoying sea life in a pristine environment.

If had done one thing differently, it would have to become a husband and father earlier because my wife and daughters have made me a better man. They challenge my conventional wisdom and encourage my emotional growth.
